In my RSS feed this morning I was thrilled to see that David Bowie is still being quoted for some of his rather quotable stuff from the past.  This one made a site called “Have U Heard?”

OK, before true Bowie fans get too worked up trying to remember which song that came from, it didn’t.  That’s actually a Richard Butler quote from his days with the Psychedelic Furs in “Love My Way“.

Now, this wouldn’t be so weird to me but I just did another post on mis-attributions a few days ago.

    P.S. I kinda sorta hate SnapShots.

  2. Well, I am using Snapshots, not so much on this page as some of the others, because it’s a convenient way to show people what I’m referring to without necessarily interrupting the flow of the page. However, for the most part, it doesn’t serve a whole lot of purpose here.

  3. Well, I’m going with plan X. No more snapshots on this site. But, I do like the amazon thingy that plays snippets of the songs I’m talking about. It’s not on this post yet, but it’s on the Top 20.
